Various private lessons reservation flow ...   

❶ Please let us know your desired date, time and your desired lesson content by e-mail. 

❷ After confirming the schedule, we will send you the booking form and counseling form by e-mail. 

❸ After confirming the date and time, please select the following tickets and complete the payment procedure.  (Reservation will be confirmed after payment is completed)

*Please request us via e-mail even if you cannot select your desired time zone.    

 

Ad-Hoc small group lesson reservation flow ... 

❶ Experience 

Please select a 1-time or 4-time ticket and proceed to the lesson reservation page. 

❷ For payment, please choose local payment or online payment. 

❸ We will inform you of the location by confirmation email. 

* Lesson dates and program details will be announced on News and Instagram every month. 

⚠︎Caution and Cancellation Policy

<About various online lessons and Zoom apps> 

・ Customers who book online lessons, kindly download the free version of the Zoom app in advance. 

    (Any devices such as smartphones will be fine) 

・ We will email you Zoom meeting link/ ID at least 1 hour before then lesson start.

・ You can enter the meeting room 5 minutes in advance. Please turn on your video when you enter. 

・ If the lesson cannot be held due to our internet trouble or unavoidable trouble, we will give you a full refund or offer   the alternative lesson free of charge. 

・ Non-participation or delay over10 minutes without cancellation request or notify, the course will be closed and will be treated as cancel. Refunds are not     acceptable. Please be sure to inform us if you would change the date/time or cancel.

・ For online lessons are pre-payment only, the reservation will be completed after payment.

 

<About various private and group face-to-face lessons> 

・ You can enter the room 10 minutes before the lesson starts.

 ・ In order to keep hygiene, please disinfect your hands, wear a mask before entering the room and bring your own mat.

・Non-participation or delay over10 minutes without cancellation request or notify, the course will be closed and will be treated as cancel. Refunds are not     acceptable. Please be sure to inform us if you would change the date/time or cancel.

・ If you are feeling unwell, please kindly cancel and rest well at home.

・ If you have a fever 37.5 degrees or higher, cough and if you suspect that your family or partner is infected, do not join a class, kindly cancel and rest well   at home.

・ If your doctor restricts you to exercise (cause of hernia, etc.) please be sure to consult us in advance.

・ Equipped with air conditioner, restroom, and vending machine

・ Since the location is private area, we will inform you by confirmation email.

・ Public coin parking nearby. (300 yen per hour)

・ One parking lot for visitors (reservation required)

・ Welcome to bring along small children and baby! (Please let us know in advance)

 

<Cancellation Policy of various lessons> 

* For various private lessons (face-to-face/Online)

 ・ For cancellations and date/time change requests, please contact us at least 24 hours before the lesson starts. No refund or cancellation fee after deadline.

・ Cancellation after 24hrs due to no-notify from customer will be non-refundable or one lesson fee will be charged as a penalty. (For customers those who   make reservations by local payment. Excluding cases of sudden illness, bad weather, or other unexpected accidents) 

 

* For various group lesson

・ If the number of reservations is zero, the class will be closed. 

・ Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before the lesson starts. 

・ If you cancel after deadline or no-show, you will be charged 1,500 yen as a penalty fee. (Excluding cases of sudden illness, bad weather, or other   unexpected accidents)
